Delivery Terms & Policy

Hollywell Chemist is committed to delivering your health essentials safely, promptly, and with the highest level of care.

Delivery Coverage

Hollywell Chemist provides delivery services within Kasoa and surrounding areas, including communities along the Nyanyano Road and nearby estates. Deliveries outside these areas may be arranged upon request and may attract an additional fee.

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed in any of the following ways:

Please ensure your order details are accurate — including your name, contact number, delivery address, and preferred delivery time. For prescription medicines, a valid prescription must be sent before your order is processed.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment options:

  • Mobile Money (MoMo)
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfer (for bulk or advance orders)
  • Visa Cards

Full payment confirmation is required before dispatch for MoMo or transfer payments.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Orders received after 8:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Fees

A small delivery fee applies depending on your location. Free delivery may be available for orders above a set amount — please check our current offers or promotions.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 24 hours (for local deliveries) or at a time agreed upon with the customer. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or stock availability, but we will always keep you informed.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. You may be required to show proof of purchase, ID, or prescription for certain products. Once received, kindly check your items to ensure they are correct and in good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medicines, supplements, or personal care products once delivered — unless the product is damaged or incorrectly supplied by us.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our team will resolve it promptly.
